Yawie's Inner Flesh is a unique ingredient in Dave the Diver.
After defeating Yawie, the end game scenes and credits will play out with a minigame of its own. Once you've regained control of Dave on the boat, you can continue to play. In this case, make sure to head back to the Divine Tree Control Room and go back to the room you killed Yawie in to loot its body for this special ingredient.
