Yami is in charge of the Seahorse Racecourse inside the Game Parlor of the Sea People Village

He can be seen next to Linchen in the Game Parlor but the first proper interaction with him is after retrieving all the lost seahorses when he gives Dave a free Jayakar's Seahorse and has it registered for racing.
