Tsuchi is a character in Dave the Diver.
Unlike other Sea People, Tshuchi lives outside the Sea People Village as he's typically collecting things that aren't found around the village. He also has a pet leatherback sea turtle, Dona, that helps him out.
When Dave enters his house i.e. "Seaweed Collector's House" his oxygen will be replenished just like in the village. Which makes it worth visiting whenever exploring the Blue Hole Depths, after it's possible to enter.
