The Monster of Blue Hole is a sub mission in Dave the Diver.
After getting all the Marinca cards (minus Aberrations), Sato will reach out to Dave to congratulate him but then mentions a hidden, secret card in Marinca: Lusca. However, like many of the other bosses, it'll only appear on a stormy night.
Walkthrough[]
The vortex for it is on the far right, about 90m down.
The area to maneuver here is deeper than the other boss locations, however Lusca can quickly catch up due to its size and speed.
Lusca has a number of attacks. Its basic attack is to hit with its tentacles, which can easily be avoided or, if in range, must press the corresponding key/button shown to dodge it successfully. It has a number of ranged attacks though that can be hard to see coming based on the camera angle. One such attack is a barrage of various element based projectiles launched in the player's general direction. Another is a whirlwind attack similar to Great White Shark Klaus', that it'll try to aim at the player.
After it takes enough damage, it'll be defeated and you can then loot its body for the Lusca Tentacle and Lusca Neck Meat. Back at the boat, Sato will also in turn give you his hat and a new, unique boat skin is unlocked.
