Tenzhin is a the chief of the Sea People Village in Dave the Diver.

His first appearance is at the end of Chapter 2 as Dave escorts Ramo, Tenzhin's daughter, and Suwam, Ramo's guard, back to the village and they are brought into Tenzhin's house. So focused with getting his beloved daughter home that Tenzhin mistakes Dave for a blue manatee.
