Seasonal Events

Seasonal Events are special calendar events that will start to appear in Dave the Diver.

Gameplay

They'll start to appear around October 12, with the introduction of the Jellyfish Party.

Sometimes a seasonal event will come up, which is dictated by the calendar rather than any mission progression. They will not appear as a mission in the To Do app but as an icon in the top right with a countdown and on the Calendar app. You'll generally have a few days to prepare for them.

Note that if a mission collides with a seasonal event (such as a mission that automatically closes the restaurant for the day of the event) the event will instead be postponed to the following night so you won't miss out on it. In some cases, this can cause the event to be postponed a few extra days based on the state of various missions.

The game will also denote which dishes work for the event ahead of time with a pink bow tie icon on qualifying recipes you already have so you don't accidentally use up the supplies before the party.

After the last unique seasonal event (the lobster party), you'll still get regular seasonal events from out of the list, though this time it'll be randomized. For example, you could then get cucumber followed by jellyfish.

Jellyfish Party

• You'll receive this via the Mail app on October 12 and Cobra will point out the restaurant should partake in it. In particular, they want jellyfish related dishes served on the party date so make sure to stock up on jellyfish and needed ingredients, like the high-valued dish, Seagrapes Jellyfish Sushi.
• Note that the boss recipe, Phantom Jellyfish Jelly, can be used here.

Tuna Party

• The soonest this can be received via the Mail app is October 17. To help make the most out of this, Cobra will give you access to the Net Trap, sometimes supplying it in Cobra Shop afterwards, as well as the Salvage Drone to bring large fish to the surface without having to harvest and carry them.
