Sea People Historian is an achievement in Dave the Diver.
This requires 8 total murals, some of which you have to go back to get a photo of after passing through the area initially. You can check the "Album" app on the Smartphone to see which ones you may be missing. Once you get all 8, return to the boat and Dr. Bacon will drop by and the achievement will pop up.
