Retrieve the Tech Suit Part! is the the second mission of Chapter 6: Glacier Zone in Dave the Diver.
Along this stealth mission, Dave can find a box of Rations. Eating them will cause health bar to appear which lowers due to the poor taste. The item and the heath mechanics shown is simply a reference to the Metal Gear game series.
