Norimaki is the default recipe in Dave the Diver.
If there are no items left set on the menu, customers will instead order norimaki. However, if this happens, it might lower the score of the day for Artisan's Flame. As it only sells for 1 gold, it's best to add something else to the menu to continue selling for the rest of the night.
Even if a customer has been served a drink, they will not pay more than 1 gold.
