Inspirational Chirashi Sushi is a sub mission for Dave the Diver.
Walkthrough[]
When progressed enough in the main story, you'll be approached before a night shift at Bancho Sushi by mxmtoon. She'll eventually request a special dish, Chirashi Sushi, but there's a catch: it requires a new ingredient, Green Sea Urchin, and she insists on going diving with Dave during the day to find and retrieve some.
Note that this won't cut the dive short so you can continue after you help her out here without issue.
When ready, give her a call during one of the daytime sessions and she'll suit up to join you, then dive down. However, she'll quickly start to take off on her own to find the urchins, so stick close and she'll soon spot a likely rock that has them. However, she's so focused on searching the spot that she won't notice hostile fish heading over to attack. Stick close to her and kill off the fish before they can do too much damage to her.
Once they're all eliminated, she'll reveal her success: it did in fact have a green sea urchin. Pick it up, only for her to take off yet again to find more. Note if she lost any health, it'll replenish each time you recover the special urchins. She'll repeat this process two more times, but be prepared for the third and final search area: a Whitetip Reefshark will approach to attack.
Once you're gotten all three urchins, she'll return to the surface and you can continue your dive session as normal. If you don't have the other ingredients, you should find the time to get those as well so you can serve her the dish to complete the mission.
When you have all the ingredients, at night, go to the restaurant and make sure to list her special dish on the menu (along with other dishes for other customers as it'll act as a normal shift). Note you can do this even if you do a night dive session, she'll still appear as long as you make sure to select her dish for the menu. When Bancho makes it, go get it and serve it to her yourself for her short cutscene.
After you finish working that night, you'll then be treated to her performing a song, feelings are fatal, for some of the main characters with small scenic clips of the group and landscape around them. Afterwards, you can call it a night or ask for an encore (the latter will have her play another song, rain). She'll then give you a Mini Stage: a decoration for the restaurant that will play her music tracks while on weekends, she'll play live if it's on display.
