God of Lightning is an achievement in Dave the Diver.
This achievement requires a bit of luck and patience, as you'll need Mjölnir to spawn in, which is random and may require many dives to find.
It only spawns in the Glacial Area and is encased a semi-transparent, blue ice block. This ice block can spawn on either side of the region, though you have to traverse through tunnels each time if checking the left side.
You will not see a prompt to break or otherwise interact with the ice block, but being near it, melee hit it a few times and the top half will break to then allow you to grab the hammer and, after the minigame, it'll replace your melee weapon.
To get the achievement, simply face the direction you want to throw it (left or right), charge it, and throw at nearby fish. Note you may need to do this a few times before a fish in the Glacial Area successfully dies to it.
